Shipping & Returns

Every order ships frozen in insulated packaging. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your box leaves us. Move the bites to your freezer when they arrive.

Food is not something we can take back once it has left the freezer, so instead of returns we stand behind every box.

• Arrived thawed, damaged, or not what you ordered? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
• We will replace the box or refund it in full — your choice.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Unopened boxes can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Keep the box frozen until you want it. The bites are fully cooked, so there is no thawing step — tear open a single-serve sleeve and reheat straight from the freezer in about five minutes.
