Every brand has an origin story. Ours starts with a question that sounds simple and isn't: why does wanting something good have to end in feeling bad?
The false choice
The snack aisle runs on a trade. On one side: the things you actually crave — warm, sweet, fried, joyful — sold with a side of regret. On the other: the things marketed as "better for you," which too often taste like the cardboard they ship in. For decades the industry's message has been pick a side. We looked at that trade and decided it was a failure of imagination, not a law of nature.
So we made the churro prove it
We started with one of the most craved street foods on the planet and rebuilt it from the ingredients up: crisped in extra-virgin olive oil instead of seed oils. 1g of sugar per piece instead of a frosting delivery vehicle. Free of all top 9 allergens. Certified gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, kosher, vegan, organic sourcing top to bottom. Then we froze it at its peak so it reaches you fresh, five minutes from golden.
The result had to pass one test only: does it make you close your eyes on the first bite? It does. Everything else is paperwork.
The promise
Want it. Have it. No regrets. That's not marketing optimism — it's the spec sheet. The craving and the good decision, finally the same object.
